QUICKAIR® / GIRAIR® is a complete system with 2 types of connections:
- bonding fittings (GIRAIR® fittings),
- clamp fittings (Quickair® fittings),
- possibility to use both connection methods mixed in 1 system.
With the glue (chemical cold weld) specially developed by GIRPI, it is no longer necessary to have the pipe in advance sanding and, unless the tube is seriously contaminated / greasy, no longer to use a cleaner (dusting by means of clean papers cloth sufficient). The drying time is short, so that the connection depends on the diameter and ambient temperature, in the best case can be put under pressure after an hour.
There are specially designed MONOKLIP brackets for fixing plastic pipes. In these brackets can expand and shrink the tube without resistance. The MONOKLIP brackets can be raised to any desired level with special attachments.
